At bottom of page choose your language (English)
platform (your operating system, eg Windows 98) connection speed (dial-up or broadband)

(Your selection will determine the version of software that you will
download.)

Click "continue" at bottom of page.

On next page click "download"

A small window will open with "File Download" at top.
(This will not occur if you have installed a special program for downloading on web, in which case you must follow its prompts to download and install Acrobat Reader)

Click "Save"

Another small window will open with "Save As" at top. Select which folder
to save file in eg My Documents.
The File Name should be in place so click "Save".

The file will now slowly download to your computer.

When complete, another small window will appear with "Download Complete" at top, click "Open".
The program Acrobat Reader will now install into your computer.

When completed, the attachment should now open by double clicking on it.
